Its aim is to select and find a candidate for a defined post. Each candidate takes part in a workshop both individual and group. He is observed by certain assessors. On the basis of the report the best candidate is chosen as a result.

DC is a tool which supports HR management.

Its aim is to define development areas and plan individual development path for an employee.
The participants take part in a workshop. They are observed by assessors as well. As a result a development plan is design for every employee.
