This course is for all HR managers and recruitment specialist who recruit employees in their work. It is very useful also for managers who manage people.
The purpose of the training course:
The participants will learn how to plan a coherent interviewing strategy on the basis of competencies required in the post. They will learn and improve effective questioning skills and learn how to use competence-based interview structure.

1-st day
- What are competencies?
- Preparation of competence-based interview structure
Competence-based interview structure:
- Questioning and listening
- Probing questions- the funnel technique
- Building the context
- the sequence of questions
- gather evidence
- create the right climate for an interview
- assessment answers and individual competencies of the candidate
2-nd day
The workshop enables participants to improve their interviewing skills.
Each participant will have opportunity to plan his own competency-based interview structure.
