Empowerment
Empowerment – delegate, empower, enable
Empowerment means to encourage employees to become more involved in decisions and actions which they have done. In other words, it should be possible for employees to demonstrate that their ideas can be good and that they have the skills and abilities that will use these ideas in practice.
To whom it is addressed?
The course is designed for HR departments, or training departments , that are responsible for the implementation of empowerment in the company. Training is also designed for managers who want to know more about how to practically use a culture of empowerment.
Training objectives
Participants will be introduced to the concept of empowerment. They will learn how to practically implement in their workplace, and how to make employees feel a sense of the work culture. Manager will learn what management style they should use, how everyday behavior has to change in order to awaken employees a greater potential for independence and greater involvement in work
